Setting a new standard for the Dallas rooftop dining experience

A year after we helped Via Triozzi splash onto the scene and win the hearts and palates of Dallas, chef-owner Leigh Hutchinson was ready to one-up herself and complete the rooftop terrace.

After Via Triozzi’s unequivocal success, a high bar was set for the terrace. Creating a separate brand for the rooftop was an ambitious path – but by doing so we were able to make lightning strike twice.

Building on this enviable foundation, we are currently in the process of launching a new line of pasta sauces for Maestro Bocelli. Our scope of work (to date) has included recipe development and tasting with the client’s team and family in Florida; name, brand identity and packaging development; sourcing and production supervision; and marketing support. Following a successful initial launch at the Napa Valley Food and Wine Festival, the product is on track for a limited test launch at selected retailers in Florida this spring.
